Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17th May 2025
At TCI Construction, we’re committed to making our website accessible, inclusive, and usable for as many people as possible regardless of ability, device, or circumstance.
We want everyone who visits our site to feel welcome and find the experience straightforward.
What We're Doing
We aim to:
-
Use clear, easy-to-understand language
-
Ensure good colour contrast and readable fonts
-
Make the site navigable via keyboard
-
Design pages to be screen-reader friendly
-
Optimise for mobile and assistive technologies
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards as a minimum.
What We Know Might Not Be Perfect (Yet)
We’re a small team, so while we do our best to meet accessibility standards, some areas may still need improvement. This could include:
-
PDFs or documents not fully tagged for screen readers
-
Occasional non-descriptive alt text or image labels
-
Legacy design elements that aren’t yet optimised
We’re actively working on these.
What You Can Do
If you have trouble using any part of our website, or notice something that could be improved, please let us know. We take feedback seriously and will do what we can to fix it.

What Happens Next
We’ll review your feedback within 5 working days and aim to resolve any issues as soon as reasonably possible. Where immediate fixes aren’t possible, we’ll offer alternative formats or information.
Commitment to Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility isn’t a one-off project—it’s a long-term commitment. As we grow, we’ll continue reviewing our website to ensure it stays inclusive, user-friendly, and in line with evolving standards.
