Why Rubber Works
Engineered for the realities of modern construction; our silicone and polyurethane moulds deliver the durability, flexibility, and repeat performance your projects demand.
Extreme Durability Under Pressure
Both silicone and polyurethane deliver long-lasting performance in high-volume casting environments.
They resist tearing, abrasion, and deformation; making them ideal for repeated use in precast concrete, modular builds, and large-scale moulding systems.
Heat, Chemical & Weather Resistant
Whether you're casting with heated materials, using aggressive release agents, or working in exposed site conditions; polyurethane and silicone moulds hold their shape and performance.
They’re tough enough for industrial washdowns, curing chambers, and outdoor applications.
Flexible for Clean Demoulding
Silicone and softer-grade polyurethane allow for smooth, damage-free demoulding; even with fine detail or irregular geometry.
This reduces labour time, minimises damage to cast components, and speeds up batch production.
Built for Accuracy
Both materials capture sharp detail and surface texture with high fidelity; critical for architectural finishes, branded components, and repeatable precast production.
We match the right material to your required level of flexibility, finish, and strength.
-
Are your silicone moulds food-safe?Yes, always. We only use EU/FDA-compliant, food-grade silicone that meets strict UK and international food contact regulations. It's heat-resistant, durable, and built for the real conditions of commercial kitchens and production lines.
-
Can you help me if I’m not sure what mould I need yet?Absolutely. You don’t need a CAD file or finished spec. We’ll work with you from concept to final mould. Whether you’ve got a sketch on a napkin, an existing mould that needs improving, or just an idea you want to scale.
-
Do you offer prototypes or small batches?Yes; our rapid prototyping service is built for exactly that. We can produce low-volume, test-ready moulds to help you validate shape, size, performance, and batch flow before committing to full production.
-
Can you visit our site to see how we work?We do; and it makes a big difference. Our on-site assessments help us understand your process, spot bottlenecks, and recommend tooling that actually fits how your team works. Available across the UK for qualifying projects.
-
How long does it take to get a mould? We work with you to build a timeline that fits. We won't make promises we can't keep but we can promise we'll always be honest. We’ll give you a clear timeline upfront. No vague promises.
-
What happens if the mould fails? It’s covered. Every mould we produce comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. If there’s a failure due to a defect in materials or manufacturing, we’ll replace it. No fuss, no excuses.
-
Can you integrate moulds into automated lines?Yes. We design moulds that work with depositors, conveyors, robotic arms, and prep equipment and we’re happy to liaise with your automation team directly. It’s all part of making sure your line runs smoothly.
-
What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?We don’t have a fixed MOQ. Some clients need one prototype. Others need thousands. We scope every job based on what you actually need; nothing more, nothing less.
