An engineer reads the enquiry rather than a sales inbox. If something in it worries us technically, that is in the first reply: an undercut with no escape, a release agent that will attack silicone, a relief depth with no backing plan.

Whoever replies stays with the job through patch test, trial, handover, repeat supply. You are not handed on to somebody who has to read the file from the start.

Anything you have. A photograph of the panel, the original carving or the failing liner is often more useful than a drawing, because it shows the surface and where things are sticking or tearing. Elevations, details, STEP or STL files, hand sketches, sample panels are all fine. Tell us the mix, how you compact and cure it, how you strike it, and roughly how many units you need.
Yes, and we work under non-disclosure by default anyway. If your practice or your client has its own template, send it over. That is normal for us, and so is signing before drawings are shared.
Yes. Quotation, including the material recommendation, hardness range and backing advice, is free. Where a job needs a site survey, 3D scanning or significant pattern design before it can be priced properly, we will tell you up front rather than surprise you with it later.
For restoration and survey work, usually yes. In-situ moulding and scanning are things we would rather do ourselves than talk somebody else through. Tell us about access, working hours and any scaffold window at enquiry stage, because those constraints change the method more than the carving does.
Yes. Design and development happen in Warwickshire and we ship worldwide. Tell us the destination at enquiry stage so freight and packing for a large liner or a backed mould sit in the quotation rather than being added afterwards.
Yes, and we would encourage it if the job is complex. Seeing the casting bench, the press and the inspection area usually changes the specification for the better, and it is easier to agree a backing frame standing next to one.
