The terms our quotes are issued under.

Any quote we issue is valid for thirty days from the date on it, unless the quote itself says otherwise. We may need to re-quote if the specification changes materially between quote and order.

Tooling is charged as a one-off line. Where we agree unit prices for repeat parts, those are shown as a separate line. We don't hide tooling inside a per-part price.

Ownership of the tool passes to you when the tool is paid for in full. We store the drawing, pattern and material spec so replacements can be built to match.

We give a two-year warranty on tooling from the date of delivery, covering defects in manufacture. It does not cover damage from misuse, non-standard release agents, temperatures outside the material's rated range, or mechanical damage from handling.

Lead times quoted are our honest best estimate at the time of quoting. If anything material changes on our side, we'll tell you as soon as we know and agree a revised date.

Full terms of business are issued with every quote. Nothing on this page overrides the terms attached to a specific quote or order.
