Material spec
What the mould is made of, what it's suited to and what it isn't for.
TCI Construction · Quality
Every tool leaves with a documented material spec, a handling note and a record on our file. No invented tolerances, no guaranteed pour counts — just paperwork that holds up.
Our approach

For concrete tooling, quality means the two-hundredth panel looks like the first and the replacement tool matches the original. That comes from controlled patterns, consistent materials and good records — not from a number printed on a datasheet.
We don't put invented tolerances on hand-poured elastomer. We work to tight tolerances where the geometry demands it, and we tell you plainly where it doesn't.
What you get
What the mould is made of, what it's suited to and what it isn't for.
Cleaning, storage and release regime for your yard.
The mould checked against the approved pattern before dispatch.
Sign-off on your bed before the tool is called released.
Drawing, pattern and spec archived for replacements.
Honest ranges
We give pour-count ranges, not guarantees. The range depends on mix, release, handling and storage, and we explain what extends and shortens it.
If a tool fails early, we investigate with you. Usually the answer is a release or handling change we can help with; if it's our fault, we put it right.
