Landscape & street furniture · Bollard moulds
Split moulds for bespoke, heritage and scheme-specific bollards — designed with the landscape architect and archived for replacements.
Overview

Bollards get hit. The mould has to produce a dense, well-compacted unit, and the design has to be reproducible when a replacement is needed years later.
Most bollards have a cap or shoulder that creates an undercut, so we build split moulds with the seam facing the kerb or a hidden line.
What sets it apart
From the landscape architect's drawing.
Matched to existing street bollards.
Silicone inserts for motifs or rope detail.
Pattern and spec kept on file.
How we build it
We build the pattern for design approval, then pour a split polyurethane body with any fine relief as a silicone insert.
Vents and vibration are planned to keep the face dense.

The honest bit
Impact performance is a design and mix question. We make the shape; the precaster and engineer decide reinforcement and fixing.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
Real people, a real workshop
No call centre and no middlemen. When you contact TCI Construction, you speak to the team who design, build and check your mould.
