Planter & vessel tooling · Large planter moulds
Inner and outer tooling for large concrete planters, with drainage, lifting and forklift pockets designed in rather than drilled on site.
Overview

Large planters are thick-walled vessels: outer mould, inner core, drainage and lifting. The core has to strip without fighting the concrete.
We design draft, core collapse and drainage formers from the start.
What sets it apart
Matched tooling with controlled wall thickness.
Cast-in drainage holes and channels.
Cast in to suit your handling.
Formliner textures on the outer.
How we build it
Outer walls are lined with textured or smooth elastomer in a rigid case. Cores have draft or are collapsible for tight tapers.
Drainage and lifting formers locate positively on the mould.

The honest bit
Very thick sections need cure planning. We'll talk through your process.
