Durability & release · Mould repair and refurbishment
Repairs to torn, cut or worn silicone and polyurethane moulds and formliners — including tools we didn't make — when repair is sensible.
Overview

Moulds get damaged: a knife cut, a torn edge, a lifted splice. Many can be repaired and returned to service.
We assess from photographs first and only recommend repair when it's worthwhile.
What sets it apart
Bonded repairs in compatible material.
Worn edges built back up.
Lifted splices repaired.
An honest view of remaining life.
How we build it
Repairs use a material compatible with the original. We'll tell you if we can't identify it.
Repaired areas are dressed to match the surrounding surface.

The honest bit
Some damage isn't worth repairing. If a replacement is better value, we'll say so.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
