Master patterns & scanning · CNC machined patterns
Machined tooling-board patterns from CAD or scan data, for formliner textures, precast units and architectural profiles.
Overview

For new designs and geometric textures, machining is the most accurate and repeatable way to make a pattern.
We machine tooling board, seal and finish it, and pour moulds against it.
What sets it apart
Designs from your architect or ours.
Rib, flute and faceted patterns.
Re-machine if a pattern is lost.
Kept for replacements.
How we build it
CAD is checked for draft, undercut and minimum feature size before machining.
Patterns are finished and sealed so the elastomer picks up the intended surface.

The honest bit
Machined surfaces can look mechanical. Where warmth matters, we hand-finish.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
Real people, a real workshop
No call centre and no middlemen. When you contact TCI Construction, you speak to the team who design, build and check your mould.
