Decorative concrete moulds · Signs and lettering
Silicone and polyurethane moulds for cast signage, datestones, foundation stones, wayfinding plaques and incised or raised lettering.
Overview

Lettering is unforgiving: a soft serif or a filled counter is immediately visible. The mould has to hold crisp letterforms and release without tearing them.
We machine lettering patterns from your artwork and cast moulds that keep the detail sharp.
What sets it apart
Either, with the right draft for the letter depth.
One-off or short-run commemoratives.
Repeated plaques for public realm schemes.
From vector artwork.
How we build it
Artwork is converted to a machining path, checked for minimum stroke width, and machined into tooling board.
Silicone is our usual choice for lettering because it releases fine strokes cleanly.

The honest bit
Very fine strokes won't survive outdoor weathering. We'll advise on a minimum line width for your setting.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
