Decorative concrete moulds · Garden ornament moulds

Garden ornament moulds for decorative concrete and cast stone.

Silicone moulds for urns, finials, statuary, bird baths and plinths — for garden-centre producers and cast stone workshops running decorative ranges.

Overview

Garden ornament moulds, in plain terms.

Silicone and polyurethane moulds for decorative garden castings
Moulds set up for detailed garden castings

Decorative garden ranges live or die on detail and on how quickly a mould can be turned round. A good ornament mould strips fast and holds its detail over a long production life.

We mould from your sculpted originals, antique pieces you own the rights to, or new patterns we develop with you.

What sets it apart

Four things that define this route.

01

Urns and vases

Multi-part moulds with keyed seams.

02

Statuary

Silicone with sectional mother moulds for pieces in the round.

03

Plinths and bases

Simple, durable tooling for high repeat.

04

Range consistency

Moulds from one master for every stockist.

How we build it

From pattern to released tool.

Pieces in the round are moulded in silicone with a split case. Simpler pieces use open polyurethane moulds for speed.

We'll talk about your stripping routine and cure time so the mould is designed for your throughput.

The honest bit

What to know before you commit.

We only mould pieces you have the right to reproduce. If a design is someone else's, we'll ask.

FAQs

Questions we hear about this.

Can you mould an antique urn?

If you own it and have the right to reproduce it, yes.

How quickly do moulds strip?

It depends on the piece; we design for fast, repeatable stripping.

Get in touch

Send us a photograph of the panel or the elevation.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
