Multi-panel tooling · Modular formliner systems

Modular formliner systems for varying panel sizes.

Liner modules that combine to suit different panel sizes on one project, so you don't need a new liner for every panel type.

Overview

Modular formliner systems, in plain terms.

Modular formliner sections joined so texture continues across the seams
Modules and infill pieces aligned across the same texture

Many elevations have several panel sizes. Rather than a liner per size, a modular system combines standard modules and infills.

The texture is designed to register across module joints, which are placed on reveals where possible.

What sets it apart

Four things that define this route.

01

Standard modules

A few sizes cover many panels.

02

Infill pieces

Trimmed modules for odd sizes.

03

Registered texture

Consistent across joints.

04

Lower cost

Fewer unique tools.

How we build it

From pattern to released tool.

We review the panel schedule and propose a module set.

Modules locate on the bed with shared registration.

The honest bit

What to know before you commit.

Modular systems suit repetitive textures. Organic reliefs usually need bespoke liners.

The liner is fixed to the formwork face. When the concrete is struck, the texture stays on the panel and the liner is ready to reuse.

FAQs

Questions we hear about this.

Does it work for any texture?

Best for regular textures.

Can we reconfigure mid-project?

Yes, within the module set.

Send us a photograph of the panel or the elevation.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
