Large-format moulds · Spliced large-format liners
Formliners larger than any single pour, spliced at planned positions so the texture continues across the joint and the splice hides in the elevation.
Overview

Big panels need liners made in pieces. The skill is in the splice: where it falls, how the texture registers across it, and how it's bonded to stay flat.
We set splices on the elevation drawing before pouring.
What sets it apart
Liners for beds larger than a single pour.
Relief lined up across the splice.
Stable on the bed.
On reveals or joints.
How we build it
Liner sections are poured from the same pattern with registration marks. Joints are bonded and backed.
Sections are sized for safe handling.

The honest bit
A splice on an open face will always leave a trace. Planning is the fix.
