Cast stone moulds · Cills and lintels
Moulds for cast stone window cills, heads and lintels with crisp arrises, drips and stools — for new-build and like-for-like replacement.
Overview

Cills and lintels are the backbone of cast stone work. The profiles are simple, but arrises must be sharp and drips must be clean.
We make moulds for standard lengths and for adjustable-length casting with stop-ends.
What sets it apart
Sloping tops, stools and drips.
Plain, chamfered and moulded profiles.
Stop-ends so one mould casts many lengths.
Profiles taken from existing cills.
How we build it
For wet-cast work we use polyurethane or silicone liners in a rigid box. For semi-dry, a firmer, reinforced tool.
Stop-ends are designed to locate positively so every length comes out square.

The honest bit
Semi-dry cast stone is hard on moulds. Tell us your method so we spec accordingly.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
