Cast stone moulds · Quoins and dressings
Moulds for cast stone quoins, door and window surrounds, bands and ashlar dressings — with tooled or rock-faced finishes captured from real stone.
Overview

Dressings give a brick building its structure. Quoins, surrounds and bands have to read as stone, which means the face texture matters as much as the profile.
We capture tooled, rubbed or rock-faced finishes from real stone samples and build them into the mould face.
What sets it apart
Paired moulds for alternating quoins.
Jambs, heads and keystones as a set.
Tooled, rubbed, rock-faced from real stone.
String course and plinth bands.
How we build it
We mould a real stone sample for the face texture and combine it with a machined profile pattern.
Sets are labelled so the site knows which piece goes where.

The honest bit
Rock-faced texture repeats if every quoin is the same. We can make two or three face variants to break the repeat.
