Architectural cladding tooling · Feature bands and string courses
Tooling for horizontal relief bands, string courses and banding on precast and GRC elevations — continuous across panels, aligned at every joint.
Overview

A feature band only works if it lines up. Across dozens of panels, a millimetre of misregistration at each joint becomes a visibly wandering line.
We design band tooling as locating inserts that sit in the same position on every panel mould.
What sets it apart
Inserts that locate on the mould, not by eye.
Mitred corner inserts for building corners.
Suits either route.
Moulded profile or textured band.
How we build it
Band inserts are cast from a single pattern so every piece matches. Corner inserts are built from the same profile.
Locating features tie the insert to the mould edge.

The honest bit
Panel tolerances on site still apply. Good tooling removes the casting variable; installation is its own discipline.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
