GRC tooling · GRC relief tooling
Silicone moulds for GRC cornices, spandrels, string courses and decorative panels, where fine relief has to survive a sprayed or hand-packed face-mix.
Overview

GRC is a popular route for heritage and decorative work because it's light and can be hung from a modern frame. The relief is what the eye sees.
Silicone is usually right here: it captures fine detail and releases thin shells without violence.
What sets it apart
Long profiled runs in lightweight sections.
Decorative relief panels for new-build and restoration.
GRC copies of lost features from a survivor.
Silicone flexes past it.
How we build it
We mould from a heritage survivor or a new pattern, and build a rigid case to hold the silicone in shape under spraying.
Section lengths are agreed with your team for handling and joint positions.

The honest bit
GRC relief is still a thin shell. Very deep undercut may need a split mould or a design tweak; we'll say which.

FAQs
Sometimes, but GRC and semi-dry cast stone usually want different tools.
Long enough to handle safely, with joints at planned positions.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
