Silicone & polyurethane formliners · Reusable formliners

Reusable formliners built to run a whole programme.

Long-life polyurethane and silicone liners for precast yards running the same texture week after week. Backed, edged and specified for the pour count you actually need.

Overview

Reusable formliners, in plain terms.

Reusable liner built for repeated yard handling

A reusable liner is a working asset. It gets lifted, cleaned, released and re-laid every strike cycle, sometimes for years. Everything about it — thickness, backing, edge detail, hardness — is chosen for that life.

We design reusable liners with the yard's handling in mind: lifting points, edge protection, and a size that two operatives can handle safely.

What sets it apart

Four things that define this route.

01

Running programmes

The same texture on a panel line for months or years.

02

Parallel beds

Matched sets poured from one pattern so every bed produces the same face.

03

Planned replacements

Pattern and spec on file for a like-for-like rebuild.

04

Handling built in

Backing and edges designed for daily lifting.

How we build it

From pattern to released tool.

The liner is poured to a thickness that protects the relief and resists tearing at the edges. A fabric or rigid backing keeps it flat and stops creep on the bed.

Edges get a thicker return so they survive being walked on and trapped under formwork. Where the yard uses magnets or side shutters, we design the liner edge to suit.

We note the expected life range and the signs of wear to watch for, so replacements can be ordered in good time.

The honest bit

What to know before you commit.

Liner life is a range, not a promise. Release regime, cleaning method and handling matter as much as the material. We give an honest range and explain what extends and shortens it.

The liner is fixed to the formwork face. When the concrete is struck, the texture stays on the panel and the liner is ready to reuse.

FAQs

Questions we hear about this.

How many pours will it do?

Well-treated liners on ordinary mixes reliably reach three figures. We'll give a range for your specific job.

Can you make matched sets?

Yes — poured from the same pattern and, where possible, the same material batch.

Send us a photograph of the panel or the elevation.

One photograph tells us what surface you're chasing, and one line about the mix tells us what silicone or polyurethane will survive it.
