Silicone & polyurethane formliners · Single-use formliners
When the elevation has one statement panel, a signage relief or a trial, a single-use liner gets you the texture without paying for a tool built to last hundreds of pours.
Overview

Not every job needs a long-life tool. A feature panel over an entrance, a commemorative relief, a mock-up for architect approval — these are one to a handful of casts.
For those we build lighter, cheaper liners: thinner sections, economical elastomer grades, and sometimes a sacrificial approach where the liner is cut away to release.
What sets it apart
A feature relief that appears once on the elevation.
A sample panel for approval before committing to full tooling.
Testing a texture, a mix or a release regime on a real bed.
Two to a handful of panels where durability isn't the priority.
How we build it
We use the same pattern-making approach as a long-life liner, so the texture is just as faithful. The saving is in the elastomer grade, thickness and backing.
If the trial or mock-up leads to a full programme, the pattern is kept and a production liner can be poured from it.

The honest bit
A single-use liner is not a cheaper version of a production liner — it's a different tool. Don't expect it to run a programme if the job grows; plan for a production liner instead.
